The team of research physicians from the Institute of Medical Sciences (Maydelin Pecchio, Karen Courville, Iván Landires, Michael Pimentel, and Virginia Nùñez-Samudio) participated in the Health Sector Roundtable to discuss and determine the research priorities to be included in the new National Strategic Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation (PENCYT) 2019-2024, promoted by Senacyt, Panama.
